IT Systems Administrator
Overview
IT Engineers at Meraki are energetic, focused and well-organized individuals, that love to solve problems once. You are widely considered the computer savant amongst you peers and love solving technical problems. 'Never do it twice" is your motto: you can be relied upon to automate or develop procedures for tasks, because doing it twice would be a bore. The environment is fast paced, exciting, and the challenges never stop. Come help build the systems infrastructure that will help Meraki to scale.
Responsibilities:
-Be the primary owner and architect for some key systems, including telephony and video.
-Streamline and improve end-user experience and efficiency.
-Automate processes to allow IT activities to scale as the company grows.
-Respond to daily user IT requests.
-Work with vendors to procure cost effective hardware and services.
Requirements:
-You are a smart, motivated computer savant who is willing to learn.
-Experience supporting PC, Mac and Linux environments.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-B.S. in computer science or a related technical discipline.
-4-year degree required.
