Title: Oracle E-Business Service Contract Consultant
Duration: (3-6 mos+)
Location: San Diego, CA
The Oracle Service Management consulant will work with client and project team members to design and implement functionsl solutions using the Oracle Service Management capabilities.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Supervising application design and architecture components
- Supervising process and functional design activities
- Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
- Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
- Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
- Planning and executing data conversion activities
- Driving test planning and execution
Job Requirement:
- Ability to travel 100% (Monday - Friday)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of implementation experience with Oracle R12 Field Service (with Mobile), Service Contracts, Installed Base, iSupport, Advanced Scheduler, Service Management and Spares Management and a minimum of 1 full life cycle implementation.
- Minimum 2-3 years of Oracle R12 Supply Chain experience and related skills (Order to Cash, Inventory).
- Experience in Oracle Enterprise Asset Management a plus
- Experience working or leading in a teaming environment.
- Bachelors Degree
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent client facing skills and will need to work with clients for the following types of activities: business process design, key configuration workshops, GAP identification, RICEW identification, Functional Design, Test Planning and Test Execution.
