Title: Events Marketing Project Manager
Contract: 6+months(renewed quarterly)
Location: San Jose, CA.

Responsible for event project management and marketing support.
Work cross-functionally across to ensure successful delivery of specific event programs.
Liaison/Management of internal ancillary program participation as required.
Manage post show activities to include: post show meeting, post show report, ROI
Define and organize internal and external communications, content production, and measurement activities
Work with 3rd party vendors or internal Event team to set up logistics and venues.

Required
7 plus years of end-to-end leadership, facilitation and management of large scale customer facing corporate tradeshows/events.
- 6 + years of integrated marketing communications management/large-scale event program experience.
- Technology 500 company experience, ideally including Tech 100.
- Solid expertise in event strategy/programs definition and development: audience acquisition, agenda, speaker identification, and internal/external communications plans.
- Proven and extensive expertise with content strategy, development, management and delivery.
- Diplomatic assertiveness for interfacing with executive level audiences, proven ability in translating and conveying visionary/thought leadership subject matter to both internal and external audiences.
- Ability to develop and apply consistent brand messaging throughout all program elements.
