The Junior Field Services Delivery Representative is responsible for services delivery to our customers in their datacenters. These services include installation and implementation services for new equipment. Other tasks include working with the clients to support their projects, managing your schedule and traveling to meet client needs in an efficient manner, delivering all services in a timely and professional manner, and always achieving high customer satisfaction.
Implementation services require an individual with strong technical skills as well as the ability to effectively communicate, take direction, work independently, and have ability to effectively solving the day to day problems.
Flexibility to support assignments after hours and weekends is required.

projects
• Ability to maintain a positive and cooperative attitude in stressful situations

problems
• Effective team player willing to assist others when needed
• Excited to obtain technical certifications for career growth
