Responsibilities:
Able to do functional analysis on integration requirements and translate this to the technical requirements
Experience establishing and working within SOA governance framework and establishing SOA architectural standards
Lead efforts to document technical requirements, architecture, design, development and unit testing of new BizTalk solutions
Able to troubleshoot system problems and perform problem resolution
Proactively assess new technologies & capacity planning to meet escalating business demands by project and environment
Develop, execute, and ensure compliance with Application Development team strategy, architectures, standards, best practices, methodology and processes
Make modifications to existing BizTalk solutions to accommodate changes and defect resolution
Ensure the SDLC process has been followed when promoting code between environments.
Management of external data providers, internal data consumers, and business processes surrounding the data flow in the integration layer to ensure it is reliable and accurate
Demonstrate an understanding of all elements required to architect, design, build, test, and release for BizTalk environment.
Requirements:
8+ years of IT experiences developing client server or web based applications
6+ years experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004/2006/2009
5+ years of experience with the following technologies: C#, XML, XSLT
8+ years of experience with development using MS Visual Studio
Experience building BizTalk integrations with Mainframe, SAP, Oracle and EDI
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft BizTalk Server and associated products
Must be able to support production systems, respond to emergencies in a timely manner, and provide management with status as appropriate
Assesses current technical architecture; estimate system capacity for near- and long-term processing requirements
MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist * BizTalk Server) or equivalent experience is a plus.
Experience and working knowledge of industry *best practices" related to EAI, SOA, messaging, BPM, BAM, and workflow
Experience with Java and Oracle SOA a plus
