Superior Technical Resources is looking to hire for a contract position a Mechanical Engineer for a semiconductor company in Fremont, CA.

Develop quality and manufacturing processes at 3rd party refurbishment suppliers. Interface between supplier and design engineering to provide design documentation and test equipment. Drive failure analysis, root cause and corrective actions for all quality issues. Work with field personnel to investigate failures. Collect and analyze failure data to prioritize actions. Report failure analysis results into quality defect reports and non conformance reports. Develop new suppliers to meet production needs, perform quality management system audits and administer Supplier Quality Scorecard.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, MS degree.
8 years of experience as Mechanical Engineer


Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Proven background in failureanalysis and problem solving. Successful candidate will have a strong hands on semiconductor capital equipment experience.
Must be technically knowledgeable with RF, power distribution, gas delivery, vacuum, signal and control, and automation. Assembly and test background would be useful.

Pay Per Hour= $48-$80 p/h
