Position Title: Program/Project Manager Advanced
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Assignment Duration: 4-6 months

Job Description:
The successful individual will drive new product development efforts to successful completion. Responsibilities include leading new product development/transfer teams, including planning, execution, and management reviews. -Manages multi-site teams, coordinates between team members and directs and controls the activities on multiple projects -Ensures that project milestones are met on time, within budget and scope -Demonstrates creative problem solving skills, decision making abilities, flexibility, attention to detail and a strong teamwork approach -Able to succeed with a moderate level of guidance, to manage time and successfully multi-task amongst several initiatives -Facilitates constructive resolution of conflict -Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
Job Qualifications:
Experience with new product introduction or project management preferred -Able to formulate the big picture while executing project details -Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization across various functions and locations -Ability to balance and prioritize responsibilities in accordance with business and team needs, excellent time management skills and ability to work independently -Strong analytical skills -Ability to influence without direct reporting authority; excellent teamwork skills -Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the application of biological techniques in a manufacturing environment or research laboratory -B.S. or B.A. in biology, chemistry, biochemistry or related discipline
Need Strong technical backgrounds. Project mgmt experience in technical areas, but need scientific background.
