Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Ltd. Headquartered in Hsinchu, Taiwan, TSMC serves more than four hundred customers and manufactures over seven thousand products each year, representing almost 8% of global IC wafer shipments. In 2009, TSMC began pursuing further growth through new businesses, focusing on solar energy and LED lighting.

Coordinate all technical activities between customer and TSMC. Manage the engineering process from technical engagement, tape out, and initial ramp to production; work as the interface for ongoing yield improvement, and coordinate resolution for manufacturing issues with customer. Handle Demand Creation and Fulfillment, including demand forecast and order fulfillment. Be the first line of defense on all technical issues from customers. Communicate with fabs and R&D to meet customer needs in production and development. Work closely with internal departments to ensure complete solutions are delivered on schedule. Develop relationships within the account at all levels. Follow-up on the development progress of specialty technologies. Set proper expectation for customer, maximize TSMC´s interest and improve customer satisfaction with win-win approach. Perform market analysis and cost analysis to help customer and TSMC select cost-effective solution and technology.

Requirements:
BS/MS or higher in EE/Physics/MS with 8 years of experience in semiconductor industry. Experience with foundry business is preferred. Additional experience in IC basic circuit design, Process Integration, Product Engineering, and Test a plus. Proven capabilities in program management. Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills (writing and presentation). Strong business sense. Ability to work and operate independently and effectively in a very fast paced environment. Experience in managing big-size and challenging accounts a big plus.
