Business Development Manager´s Responsibilities

1. Ability to quickly grasp strategic partner's business objectives and develop the vision, solution and detailed execution plans to address these objectives.
2. Deep analytical skills enabling comprehension and development of complex business, technical and legal issues, topics, and plans.
3. Knowledge of market trends, industry participants, internet service and business models.
4. Ability to work as an individual contributor and / or member of a team, across diverse internal and external organizations.
5. Desire and ability to understand and relate product strategy and direction.
6. Candidate must be motivated and motivating, passionate, charismatic, creative, flexible, and have unquestionable ethics and integrity.
7. Excellent oral/written communication and listening skills.
8. Four year technical degree plus MS (MBA Preferred).
9. Up to four years of related work experience.

Job Description

1. Develop trusted relationships with companies to accelerate the adoption of eGain Products
2. Work closely with technical specialists, product teams and vertical industry groups to identify, qualify and engage partner solution offerings that fully exploit eGain technologies.
3. Manage key relationships and contacts to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
4. Serve as community spokesperson, articulating eGain's strategy through direct relationships.
5. Understand key market trends and developments, identifying strategic implications for the company and industry. Present information, analysis and recommendations to all levels, including executive management, within the company.
