AurionPro is a global consulting services firm in need of Vignette developers to join our web services team.

Job Title: Vignette Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in large-scale business application design and development efforts
- Work with the implementation team to develop and test the designed solutions
- Work with the Project Manager to establish and manage the project´s scope of work, objectives and delivery
- Develop trusted relationships with client personnel as the Subject Matter Expert in relevant technology and product areas
- Perform on-site proof-of-concept configuration and support for potential clients as required
- Travel to client sites for short term and long term projects

Required Qualifications:
- MS in Computer Science or a related field with 3+ years of experience in software technology consulting OR
- BS in Computer Science or a related field with 6+ years of experience in software technology consulting
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated abilities to assess customer needs and to recommend functional and technical solutions
- Exceptional customer-facing skills, including: Communication/Presentation skills, Interpersonal/social skills
- Overall Professionalism
- 4+ years of experience designing and developing web-based technologies, including: J2EE, .NET, Object-Oriented Methodologies and n-tier architectures AND/OR
- 2+ years of enterprise software performance and scalability analysis and tuning experience
- Demonstrated expertise with a broad set of application development tools and technologies, such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, TogetherJ, JBuilder, etc.
- Working knowledge of emerging technologies such as the MVC architecture, the Spring Framework, etc.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Vignette Portal (now OpenText Portal) or Vignette Content Management (now called OpenText Web Experience Management) is a MUST
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with one or more of the following strongly desired: 1) Enterprise Portal Platforms (IBM, BEA, etc.) 2) Enterprise Content/Document Management Systems (Interwoven, Documentum, FileNet, etc.) 3) Enterprise Search Technologies (Autonomy, Verity Ultraseek, etc.) 4) Portal Technologies (JSR168, WSRP, etc.) 5) Single Sign On / Identity Management Solutions (Netegrity, Oblix, etc) 6) Application Servers (BEA, IBM, SunOne, etc.) 7) Service Oriented Architectures (XML, SOAP, etc.) 8) Relational Database Technologies (PL/SQL, Oracle, SQLServer, DB2, etc.)
- Experience with the following is a big plus: 1) Hands-on experience with the full Vignette product suite 2) Integration with ERP systems such as SAP, Peoplesoft, etc. 3) Users and Roles Management using LDAP through JNDI

Travel Requirements: 70%+ Travel may be required
