Position: Business Analyst/Test Coordinator - with HPQC / Flex PLM experience

Description & Responsibilities:
• The test coordinator will be responsible for planning and overall coordination of Systems Integration Testing which is scheduled to begin in late May.
• This resource will be working for the PLM Project Team that is implementing a new application for us called FlexPLM.
The test coordinator will provide ongoing support for the PLM Project with the following responsibilities:
• Lead test activities for the PLM Project by coordinating Systems Integration Testing (SIT), Regression and User Acceptance Testing including planning, building, scheduling, and facilitating execution and issues resolution.
• Experience with testing and/or coordination of testing for PtC's Flex PLM Application.
• Enforce milestone dates and deliverables required for integration testing.
• Work with project team leads to determine detailed test plan based in part on business criticality and size/scope of the project.
• Act as liaison/partner with the project team(s) to ensure testing deliverables are met on time.
• Prepare materials and lead PLM SIT Kick Off Meeting
• Manage the testing environment including defect imports/ process for all quality assurance (QA) systems.
• Collaborate with the Project Team members to explore, prioritize and resolve the issues discovered through the test cycles.
• Coordinate test planning, execution, project awareness, environment usage and approvals.
• Responsible for leading daily testing status calls and providing status and defect reports.
• Assist with defect management/resolution within SIT cycles.
• Lead the effort to convert open testing defects into ITSM tickets and obtain business approval on all manual workarounds.
• Ensures appropriate documentation of all issues and their resolutions.
• Coordinate logistics for SIT testing including facility, systems, conf phone and projectors.
• Train Project Team members on a basic testing competency skill set, including tools, methodology, and standards.
• Demonstrated experience with Hewlett Packard's Quality Center.
• Preference for knowledge of ARIS and its integration with HPQC
Responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for tracking/running reports and coordination of testing plans with all teams.
• Manager would prefer someone with Flex PLM experience
• Person will need to be hands on (will be responsible for writing and coordination of testing plan) Team
• Will be working directly with PLM team (50 + people)
• Must haves -HPQC -Flex PLM (nice to have)
• PM experience with coordination and pulling reports
