Title: Audience Experience Production Specialist (3 positions)
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract: 6+ months (renewed quarterly)
Welcome college grad with 1-2 years experience.
Job Summary : This position includes optimizing different communication delivery mediums for different client and audience need. Includes implementing, or managing the implementation of, live and virtual events, social media, video communications, and other communication channels.
Audience Experience refers to providing the right experience, to the right audience, at the right time, using any of the communication mediums and channels available to executives.
Primary Responsibilities :
Advises client teams on technology mapping and selection for executive client needs and support
-Day-to-day production liaison and advisor between the Bureau, Client Teams, and Bureau Audience Experience partners and vendors
-Manages client production and event projects from beginning to end
-Supports production and account teams with day-to-day client production and logistical support and information
-Provides feedback on partner and vendor production processes and outcomes to support continuous improvement
-First line of defense for vendor and partner production quality and timeliness
-Responsible for quality of end deliverable, and meeting budget and deadline expectations
Skills Required:
Strong working knowledge of the selection, benefits, use, leveraging and coordination of traditional communications media (e.g. video, TV, Power Point), and new, technology-based communications media (e.g. Show and Share, Twitter)
- Tactical program and project management
-Event pre- and post-production coordination and management
- Event / event staff management
-Deep understanding of media requirements, preferences and integration for VPs
-Ability to work independently and as part of dynamic, collaborative teams
-A strong people-person that enjoys and excels at building and maintaining positive, productive relationships across organizations, functions, and management levels
-Has a can-do personality
-Is open to professional growth opportunities
-Committed to the continuous pursuit of excellence
Prior Experience Needed:
Bachelors degree in communications, production, or events
-2-6 years of internal / external communication, production, or event management experience
