Job Title: - SFDC Developer

Responsibilities:

- Working with business to identify opportunities to utilize Sales Force to improve business process and results.
- Conduct analysis of design, evaluation, modification and support testing and implementation of salesforce.com for Service cloud.
- Analyze business requirements and develop functional requirements/design, clearly stating project scope.
- Multiple Sales Force Applications implementation experience is a must.
- Build and present customized demonstrations for Service and Support product offerings.
- Gather, create and document current and future business process flows.
- Create clear, concise and complete functional specifications & requirements documents as needed.
- Understand partner solutions complementary to company's service and support products
- Perform application configuration, testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency
- Configuring working prototypes and performing business process reviews to validate and refine prototypes.
- Prepare formal project documentation.
- Apply deep functional knowledge of CRM systems to customer needs and requirements.
- Recommend changes in development, maintenance and standards
- Develop conversion and system implementation plans
- Provide direct support to SalesForce users on SalesForce related production issues.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Developers, and Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, and risks.
- Assist in associating and relating business and process requirements with planning system functionality and workflow.
- Proactively identifies reoccurring issues or "value-add" areas to then propose process or systematic solution
- Prepare training material and support training related activities to salesforce.com users.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and prioritization with business users.
- Perform Sales force configuration that can be handled by administrator.
- Saleforce.com experience in both development and analyst roles
- Support planning of user acceptance test (UAT), including creation of UAT scripts
- Prepare specifications for system enhancements and customization.
- Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity

In addition to working directly with other teams, this person will also work with other business partners to identify practical solutions through existing and/or new business systems technology, and will be responsible for the administration and ongoing support of the application in cooperation with the business and areas of IT.
Skills:

- 5+ years in an information technology Business Analyst consulting role, delivering projects to multiple clients.
- 3+ years implementing, configuring and administering Salesforce.com
- Good understanding of cloud computing and exposure to technologies supporting applications, including XML, Web Services, HTML and JavaScript.
- Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing and integrating technology tools into a client solution.
- Knowledge of related applications, cloud computing, web technology etc
- Salesforce.com certified (At least one ADM series or DEV series or CONS201) professionals is a must.
- Knowledge of and experience with enterprise systems, including CRM, SFA and ERP and understanding of enterprise integration
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com solution base, content management tools (InQuira), collaboration cloud (chatter), CTI/IVR implementation, Chat on cloud platform is a big plus.
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks.
- Knowledge of databases, understanding of complex SQL's (Oracle preferred)
- Structured programming language experience, APEX and/or Java coding a plus
