The candidate must have enough technical knowledge in the virtualization space, must have been a sales engineer for at least 3 years
Sales Engineer Knowledge of virtualization/data center is critical for this role
Role Requirements:
• Provide technical inputs in all phases of the sales and deployment process.
• Provide technical presentations at customer sites and trade shows
• Work with Sales and customer technical teams to support HotLink solutions.
• Respond to and address any customer technical issues throughout the sales process.
• VMware experience, other virtualization platforms (hyper-v, citrix, KVM) are a big plus
Nice to have Skills:
• Linux OS knowledge
• Knowledge of other VMware products (Orchestrator, vCenter Operations, chargeback, vCloud Director and others)
Managed a multi datacenter architecture for a large enterprise
