The Sage Group is looking for a Business Intelligence Project Manager, to work for a large multinational company that is a leading innovator and designer of consumer electronics and software products in Cupertino, CA. This individual will be responsible for managing and driving business intelligence initiatives including reporting, data architecture and governance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work with business leads to define and manage reporting, data architecture and governance projects for business intelligence.
- Provide functional subject matter expertise in Business Intelligence/Data Architecture.
- Define and document reporting and data strategy.
- Model data relationships and definitions required to support business needs.
- Influence decisions and change management through collaboration and leadership.
- Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to project, management and senior-executive teams.
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure that the business requirements are complete.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of project management/program management experience within the software industry
- Deep experience in managing and driving business intelligence projects
- Must be strategy, governance and data centric
- Proven success in leading multiple complex global projects in parallel within a highly matrixed, global organization
- Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
