Experis IT Professional is looking for a Demand Generation Engagement Specialist with the below requirement.

Title: Demand Generation Engagement Specialist
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 12+ months

Responsibilities
The Demand Generation Engagement Specialist is responsible for setting up and executing demand gen campaigns using the Adobe Test and Target application. The role will manage offers that are to be placed on the (company's website) and will then incorporate them in to campaigns that will display these offers throughout the (company's website) pages. This specialist is responsible for managing the testing and optimization methodology as well as reporting to enable richer assessment of globally and regionally deployed demand creation campaign effectiveness.

The Demand Generation Engagement Specialist Test and Target will have the following responsibilities:
- Implement Testing practices across demand creation campaigns, including messaging and offers placed in mBoxes and manipulation of landing pages.
- Coordinate with central and regional Demand Creation planners to incorporate test and target elements as part of global campaign planning and execution.
- Define and execute on test and target objectives and provide ongoing evaluation as a service to central and regional demand generation teams to aid in global campaign management
- Develop recommendations to improve marketing funnel conversion rates
- Track the performance of test and target efforts and clearly communicate the results to senior staff

Key Capabilities
- Identification and coordination of test and analyze messages and offers as part of global demand generation plans based on key stakeholder needs, including performance evaluation criteria, success metrics, regular communications and ongoing analysis of the plan to key stakeholders.
- Collaboration among various corporate marketing across company.
- Understanding of the multi-channel approach that includes both direct sales and channel partners.

Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree and 2+ years of experience in online marketing, user experience, and/or user interface design.
- Must be comfortable with cross-browser DOM manipulation
- Strong technical skills with prior experience executing marketing campaigns
- Advanced JavaScript, CSS and XHTML.
- Experience creating and executing campaigns in Adobe Test and Target (formerly Omniture)
- Solid understanding of online marketing and web analytics
- Solid understanding of server-side programming languages, database management and APIs
- Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to train others and communicate best practices
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and data manipulation in Excel
- Familiarity with automated tools to track, measure and report on test and analyze initiatives
- Site Catalyst, Visual Science and 1:1 experience a plus
