Title: Graphic Designer
Location: San Jose, CA or RTP, NC
Contract: 6+months (renewed quarterly)
Our client is seeking a Graphic Designer to augment their exisiting events team.
The primary job function is to develop communications collateral and templates for events hosted by top client executives. Types of event collateral produced include interactive PDF, email banner and templates, speaker presentation templates, printed documents, and signage. Additional support may include graphic support for corporate presentations, and other as needed.
The ideal candidate is an experienced graphic designer with a deep understanding of the client brand identity system. Additionally, this role requires an individual who possesses strong project management skills, working globally with Americas, and teams. Candidate must possess the ability of managing several projects simultaneously.
Required Skills:
-Intermediate to expert-level knowledge of:
- Adobe InDesign
-Adobe Acrobat
- Microsoft PowerPoint
Intermediate-level knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
-Excellent visual design ability, innovative thinking creative forward thinker
-Understanding of client corporate brand identity systems
-Email graphics creation and editing
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Project management and communication ability at all levels of an organization
-Excellent collaboration skills
-Strong writing and editing ability
-Knowledge of productivity tools like WebEx, WebEx Social
-Basic video editing skills a plus.
Education:
Ideal candidate will have degree in graphic design, plus 3-5 years of graphic design experience.
