Title: Program Manager w/Cisco WebEx Social
Contract: 3+months (renewed quarterly)
Location: San Jose, CA
Candidates must be local to San Jose
General Description:
The scope of work is focused on running the Program Management Office (PMO)
Tasks:
Manage the biweekly and/or monthly track lead meetings to solicit status updates and facilitate planning.
Manage a monthly interlock meeting where all track leads share cross track information
Manage formal decision meetings with the executive steering committee including Selection Committee meetings, Business Commit, Concept Commit and Execute Commit meetings.
Manage a project plan including tracking action items, deliverable status, issues lists, a pipeline of new ideas, etc.
Maintain communities built on Ciscos Webex Social platform. Currently there are 2 communities: one for the core team of track leads focused on in progress work and the second community is a Field Sales facing playbook with the most current production information.
Maintain quarterly deal tracking information which highlights all deals
Skills:
Senior Program Management Skillset (5+ years of large enterprise experience)
Strong Analytical Capabilities
Software or IT Industry Experience
Ability to communicate and influence employees and executives across multiple subject matter areas like Sales, Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Finance, etc.
Software: MS Project, MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access), Cisco Webex Social.
