Title: Change Management PM / BA
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract: 3+months (renewed quarterly)
Job Description:
This position is responsible for project management, process analysis and basic change management to support a new Software-as-a-Service model. Responsibilities will include understanding SaaS sales models (specifically for resellers & distributors) with related business processes; determining business needs; leading change through process improvement, analysis, impact assessments and communications.
The ideal candidate is an organized, resourceful, highly responsive, project management-oriented team player with strong verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong work ethic and a record of timely project delivery. " Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into requirements. " Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. " 5+ years direct experience in Channels " Experience in SaaS and/or other software selling GTM strategies " Strong skills in Power Point, Visio, Excel " B.S. or equivalent experience in sales operations, channel operations, project management, change management or data analysis.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
" Working with the project team, create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
" Ensure project documents are complete, current, and accessible.
" Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope
" Document deliverables, milestones, risks and mitigation.
" Identify resources needed.
" Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards.
BUSINESS & PROCESS ANALYSIS
" Elicit, document and manage requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis.
" Create process maps, flowcharts, workflow diagrams
" Create as-is and to-be diagrams
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
" Ability to understand the impacts of the change to the Channels community (external: Resellers, Distributors; internal: Partner Organization, Partner Support Teams, etc.)
" Work with program Change Management resources to provide Channel change management requirements
" Develop base-line communications to be leveraged as part of the communication process
