Title: Jr. Business Analyst with Rate: $36hr on W2
Location: San Jose,Ca
Contract: 3+months (renewed quarterly)

Rate: $36hr on W2

3 years of experience are required.

The Business Analyst will identify, communicate, and manage risks associated with projects. Identify business or customer requirements and information technology alternatives. Create project plans for information technology development and testing. Translate requirements into new IT project specifications.

Requires:
"Mathematical data analysis
" Ability to examine data and translate it into logical information, identify patterns and arrive at recommendations
"Presentation skills create PPTs, Project plans, Business and IT Communications etc.
"Project Management Skills
"Articulate language skills and outstanding written communication abilities are absolutely necessary
"Ability to create BRDs
"Analytical Skills - must include outstanding analytical skills so that a customers business needs are properly interpreted and translated into application and operational requirements. Should have demonstrated experience to extract information related to a topic from raw data. Demonstrated data interpretation skills.
"Good Problem Solving skills - ability to create workable solutions to business problems
