We are looking for a Marketing Technology Process/Project Manager contractor for a client opportunity at a large, high technology company in Sunnyvale. This role is within the client´s marketing technology team. This team is responsible for the selection, implementation, training and support for marketing systems. Such systems may include Salesforce.com, social listening systems, social marketing tools, marketing metrics tools, etc.

The marketing technology process/project manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks that many include the following: establishment of team internal website, process development for system requests (enhancements, changes, special reporting, etc.), marketing system support process development and metrics reporting, and new system team support.

This is a 40 hour per week, 2-3 month role (extensions possible, or potential conversion to perm) at the client´s offices in Sunnyvale, CA.

Responsibilities:
• Development of marketing system support process, metrics reporting and communication
• Enhancement of internal team website
• Development and execution of team communication plan
• Support implementation of new marketing technology projects

Requirements:
• 8 years of experience in marketing technology project management, or marketing systems
• Experience working with marketing technologies (e.g. email, social, web, analytics tools)
• A Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree required
• Strong project management skills, working in a large, global organization
• Strong process development skill set and framework
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work with global teams
