Job Description
Robert Half International is seeking a Microsoft Systems Engineer II to design, deploy and manage RHI's enterprise environments. This position will assist in maintaining the integrity, availability and security of the RHI computing infrastructure. The Microsoft Systems Engineer II will take part in the installation, configuration patching, monitoring and fine-tuning of the infrastructure across the organization in a timely and efficient manner. This position will work with project managers, IT shared services and business owners to determine business requirements for new system capabilities and take responsibility for service delivery aligned with requirements. This position will research system engineering products and services and determine applicability to RHI's computing environments, creating recommendations for implementations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor´s degree or relevant work experience
• 7+ years´ experience in Information Technology, 5+ years´ experience in an Enterprise Environment with 1000+ end users
• 2+ years large scale project management experience in the creation and design of medium and large scale systems
• Must have demonstrated scripting experience with PowerShell, VBScript, PsExec, Batch experience preferred
• Microsoft Windows Desktop Support experience (Imaging, Backups, Software Deployments, Patch/AV management)
• Group Policy Management experience required
• Microsoft System Center experience required
• Windows 7 Networking experience a plus
• Bitlocker Encryption experience a plus
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience a plus
• Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Must have excellent communication skills with ability to work within and across teams
• Must have excellent documentation skills
