Description:
Assist users with any basic and advanced problems they may have regarding the use of PernixData FVP
Identify problematic trends
Skills:
Expert level knowledge of vSphere 5.0, 5.1, including ESXi, vCenter, vMotion, HA, DRS, SDRS, VADP, etc
Ability to troubleshoot setup, storage, networking and performance issues for VMware virtualized environments
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong communication skills
Qualifications:
Technology related degree from an accredited university
2 or more years of experience in a technical support position
