Description:
Design and develop automated tests for storage systems to locate bugs
Work closely with development engineers to debug and locate root cause of complications
Build and maintain automated test tools (please note, we do not use manual testing)
Actively participate in design reviews and make recommendations for product improvements
Skills:
Experience in test plan design and development for automated tests
Good working knowledge of Python required, expert knowledge highly desirable
Experience testing clustered/distributed systems
Technical background in, and a deep understanding of, virtualization and/or block storage
Good working knowledge of Unix
Ability to work independently in a startup environment and take on a variety of roles
Passion for delivering products with exceptional quality
Qualifications:
BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 4 or more years of Software QA experience
