eGain is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead its critical World Wide IT services. You will operate out of Corporate Headquarters in Sunnyvale California and be expected to oversee IT operations across eGain's N. America, EMEA and India offices. You will oversee technical projects in alignment with eGain's organizational goals and direct the effective delivery of corporate IT including core IT services, Business IT Applications, networks, servers, disaster recovery and other processes. You will work with individuals and various departments within eGain and become a trusted advisor in the development and delivery of services to them. You must be flexible, self-directed, and adaptable to our complex and dynamic WW IT environment. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, a strong manager and have excellent communication & project management skills. A strong background in Networking, Microsoft, VMWare and Security is required.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage WW IT operations including IT managers in 3 global locations
• Create WW processes, procedures and SLA's, implement and routinely audit
• Develop annual business plan including WW IT budgeting
• Vendor certification, monitoring and management
• Monitor Network Security and supervise eGain's WW network
• Oversees WW management of VOIP system and Help Desk Administration
Knowledge & Skills Required:
• Minimum of 10 years IT experience with at least 5 years in a management role with a proven track record
• Demonstrated ability to develop roadmaps, drive solutions to meet business objectives
• Team player with effective client and vendor management skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines
• Strong understanding of Microsoft, Cisco, Dell Servers and storages, F5 and Cloud technologies
• BS in engineering discipline
• Understanding of ISO 27001, SSAE-16, SOX, FISMA (Moderate/High) or CISSP certification experience a plus
