Responsibilities:
o Troubleshoot and resolve Windows Desktop hardware and software issues via Altiris HelpDesk
o Configure, upgrade, and relocate PC hardware and peripherals
o Windows 2003 AD account administration
o Help build a rich IT knowledge base
o Solid understanding of system administration, networking concepts and technologies.
o Administer and maintain Blackberry handhelds
o Completes desktop related projects as assigned (e.g., office moves, printer installation, etc).
o Provide top notch customer service
o Ability to lift 50 lbs
o Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Experience:
o Knowledge of TCP/IP
o Advanced knowledge with Windows XP and Office 2003
o Experience in VOIP
o 2 - 4 years experience working in an IT environment
o Bachelor degree, an industry certification or equivalent
o Detail oriented and deadline driven
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Strong customer service background
