Responsibilities:
• Work as part of a team to drive and implement Pricing Analytics Capabilities
• Document business processes and business requirements in relevant software tools,
• Drive the planning of the overall communication approach for the project
• Support training material and communication templates development
• Lead and coordinate the change management activities with large cross functional teams
• Apply knowledge of strategic planning, organizational design, change management, and strategic communications in support of a key program
• Design and deliver strategic plans, stakeholder analysis, and communication strategies to facilitate the execution of change initiatives
• Develop tailored execution strategies, initiatives, and communication products to support client needs.
• Facilitate project planning and execution per project guidelines.
• Provide expertise in organizational change, including strategic planning, stakeholder analysis, and strategic communications.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in verbal and writing communication
• 5+ years of experiences performing business analysis in the high tech industry.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in business processes and project management,
• 4+ years of experience in roles influencing and coordinating other stakeholders in Sales, IT, or Finance, driving business requirements gathering, documentation or operational business process activities.
• BS degree (preferably in engineering) and 5 years of related experience OR MBA and 2-3 years of related experience.
• Very strong change management skills with cross-functional teams and demonstrated success.
