Position - Oracle Apps DBA
Location – Foster City, CA
Duration – 3 to 6 months

Responsibilities
•Monitor Oracle E-Business suite Applications ( 11.5.10x ) & Database (10g,11g ) performance to insure the best possible configuration and
•Implement pro-active alerts/notifications as required
•Perform patch analysis to provide details on pre-requisites, impact on applications, integrations

Requirements

•BS/BA Degree in CS, MIS or equivalent combination of education/experience
•Excellent troubleshooting of database and apps issues and problem-solving skills
•Weblogic middleware experience required
•Strong in performance tuning
•Ability to clone Oracle Apps Environments
•Need to understand standby concepts and maintain dataguard instances

Desired
•RMan backup and restore experience is a plus
