The Apollo Group is seeking a Sr. PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 Security Analyst in our Phoenix, AZ office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The HR Systems Group works on the applications that support the Human Resources processes. Understanding the application functionality and integration is required. Experience maintaining security, working with Oracle/PeopleSoft on Oracle Support (Metalink) cases, researching and communicating the next releases of patches and bundles.

Requirements:
Functional and Technical PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 SECURITY experience required. Must know Parent/Child Relationships, Security Tables and Protocols for HCM.

This organization currently utilizes the following applications: SQR, Crystal and PeopleSoft Query Reports, PeopleSoft HCM, ELM and CRM. The technology that it used in this group includes: PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, ORACLE Database and Application Servers, Web Services (creation and consumption), XML Publisher, PeopleSoft Query/Crystal Reports, SQR, Workflow, Portal, Application Designer, Application Messaging, Integration Broker.
The candidate should show overall knowledge of HRMS applications with the following skill set:
• Competence in: HR Information Systems (Payroll, Benefits, Employee Services) and/or Enterprise Learning Management Systems
• Familiarity in: Federal compliance for HR (Payroll, Benefits, Employee Services)

• Competence in corporate governance and compliance issues including but not limited to:
• Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)
• Family Education Rights and Privacy (FERPA)
• Gramm-Leach-Bliley (GLB)
• Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA)

4 year day-to-day application support
4 year troubleshooting software applications
3 year writing and analyzing SQR & SQL
