* 5 to 10+ yrs of experience.
* Preferred experience developing secure transactional software products
* Expert level C++ skills with demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems
* Expert level SQL skills with demonstrated ability to tune and optimize database queries.
* Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS performance tuning and query optimization or other large commercial databases.
* Knowledge of QA Automation processes and tools.
* Familiarity with Clearcase and Clearquest preferred.
* Knowledge of Database performance, HTML, XML, Java, UML is a plus.
* MSCS preferred.
