Job Description:
-This position is responsible for providing senior-level Oracle R12 Web Techno-Functional expertise to the Service Support organization.
-This position reports to the Enterprise Applications Support Manager, and is responsible for providing L2 Support for Incidents and Service Requests related to the Web-related components of Oracle ERP with significant integrations with SDFC and other corporate business applications.
-Partner closely with all major business functions utilizing these applications, including sales operations and order management.
-Consistently meet service level objectives.
- Identify and drive root cause correction and process improvement initiatives with appropriate IT and business teams.
-Responsibilities include understanding the Business Processes and Applications Systems being supported, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve and eliminate issues and improve processes and applications.
