Web-based Systems Administrator
Tableau Software, a Seattle-based business intelligence software company, is looking for a Web-based Systems Administrator and general SaaS solution integrator to join its Business Systems team. This role requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment where you will have ownership of some of Tableau's core business solutions. Tableau leverages multiple enterprise class solutions and is building out a team to leverage these tools as it continues is rapid global growth.
In this role, you will focus on our NetSuite ERP and eCommerce implementations, as well as, our quoting, project management and various business system solutions.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
+ Deploy and manage advanced NetSuite modules such as OneWorld, Revenue Recognition and Advanced Billing
+ Help expand our global footprint through the internationalization of our systems
+ Manage Tableau's quoting solution and its integration with NetSuite and Salesforce.com
+ Work with Finance, Sales and Customer Support to improve order processing
+ Develop proficiency with critical 3rd party integration solutions like CastIron
+ Help identify and implement online billing solutions for our customers
+ Clearly communicate project and system status
+ Create comprehensive technical system documentation and provide training to staff
+ Manage change control process with team of administrators
+ Other related duties as assigned
Required Knowledge and Experience
+ Ability to learn on the fly and passion for solving challenging business problems
+ A demonstrable working knowledge of NetSuite administration
+ Experience with Salesforce.com
+ Experience managing additional business systems, like Salesforce.com, with an understanding of HTML, XML and JavaScript.
+ Experience with programming languages, such as Java, Python, or PHP a plus
+ Enjoy working with and learning about different areas of the organization to develop more effective solutions
+ Strong organizational skills and good communication, verbal and written skills
+ Proficient at analyzing data and resolving reporting issues
Qualifications
+ BS in Computer Science, Business, Economics or Finance
+ 4+ years of comparable work experience
Working Conditions
+ Working conditions are normal for an office environment
+ Ability to sit for moderate periods of time working on a computer
+ Ability to wear telephone headset
