Apttus is looking for Implementation Managers to join our team. This individuals will be are responsible for managing/executing implementations of the Apttus product. They will also be providing business analysis, domain, data, and technical direction on Apttus projects in collaboration with Technical Architects and development teams on larger projects.
Key Responsibilities
The Implementation Managers are responsible for end-to-end execution of the project and the client relationship management during the term of the project.
The Implementation Managers are the primary client-facing resource and focuses on client requirements rather than on specific technologies and, as a result, converts business requirements into strategic solutions that address identified business challenges.
The Implementation Managers must be familiar standard SDLC and Agile implementation perspectives and concern themselves with analysis patterns while maintaining consistency with Client, Apttus, and industry standards and delivery capabilities.
Deliverable Responsibilities: • Process Workflows • Domain Definition Documents • Interface Reports by domain • Business Use Cases • Business Rules • System Level Features
Job Requirements
Domain knowledge of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quoting) or other product and pricing configurator solutions is highly desirable.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3-5 years of progressive experience as a Implementation Managers/Business Analyst with services groups in application development company or Systems Integrator
Complete software development lifecycle perspective
Business Skills and Experience
Have a professional presence and the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with clients.
Accustomed to working in a team environment and someone who thrives in this environment.
Passionate about technology and driven to make a difference.
Analysis oriented (system and/or domain).
Ability to perform as a Discovery Group Lead or participant
Technical Skills and Experience
SaaS experience.
Knowledge of basic Salesforce configuration, Apex Classes, Triggers and Visual Force pages is highly desirable but not essential.
Broad based platform and technical exposure using configuration tools available in products like Siebel, Peoplesoft, SAP
Experience in other technology roles which would create the ability to fill multiple roles, such as Technical Architect
