Enterprise Services are a key opportunity for Futurewei Technologies/Huawei R&D as they reside everywhere in the Enterprise environment, from Campus to Data Center to Branch offices

Job Duties:

* Leads, guides or consults on new or existing products

* Drives new innovations from Concept to Productization

* Engages customers to gather input into technology trends, product direction and opportunities for Huawei R&D
* Facilitates alignment and collaboration with other groups working on Enterprise, Cloud and Telco service offerings * Works cross functionally across Enterprise R&D, China Development teams and other Huawei Development teams

* Leads and Drives a longer term vision for Enterprise Services (including goals and objectives in the next 3-5 yrs Minimum Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent college degree

* 12+ years of Enterprise Service Design and Architecture *

* Solid background and knowledge of Enterprise Services, including trends, current status, etc

* Demonstrated knowledge of Management and deployment in the Enterprise environment

* Demonstrated knowledge of specific service (eg: Security service, Load Balancing, etc)

* Demonstrated business communication skills (Presentations / Document Writing / Etc)

* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented work environment

* Effective organization and project management skills

* Prior management skills or applied experience in leading teams (local or remote)
