Sr. Development Manager (hands on role)
- 8 + years of experience in software development with a minimum of 4 years in a management role
- Must have experience leading one or more development teams delivering web solutions in either Java/JSP or .NET.
- Background in architecting and implementing (with a team) secure, distributed, scalable solutions
o Clear understanding of solid code principles used in Agile development
o Experience working on consumer facing web sites a plus
- Successful experience in hiring, motivating, and leading a team is critical
- Experience in working effectively with Marketing and Product Management
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Superb verbal and written communication skills are required for this role
- Ability to work with and modify an existing code base while implementing new features and technologies
