Position: Senior QA Analyst
Duration: 3 Months Plus (contract to hire option available)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Modesto, CA

The QA Analyst is responsible for learning the business and supporting technology in order to contribute in the planning and execution of QA activities.
The QA Analyst will participate in the testing effort for assigned hardware and software technology solutions in their enterprise. This is done to ensure business requirements are met and that there is no impact to store or business operations.
The QA Analyst is responsible for mentoring less experienced staff with responsibility for their technical development and practice of QA methodology. This is done in order to continually mature the QA group as well as improve productivity and effectiveness.
The QA Analyst is responsible for participating in the IT Change Request workflow as a reviewer as assigned by the Sr. QA Manager or Sr. QA Analyst. This is to provide more visibility into assigned projects or tasks.
The QA Analyst will participate in evaluating and implementing tools, methods, technologies, standards and practices in order to make the QA department and IT as a whole more effective and efficient in providing service to their enterprise.
Excellent presentational and communicational skills. Good attitude.
