Position: LEAD PERFORMANCE TESTER
Length of contract: 3+ months
Location: San Jose, CA
Position 1: Lead Performance Test Engineer
• Sr. Performance test engineer: who can do hands on in Load and performance testing area and also lead some projects working with offshore engineers
• Lead should have the following skills and some leadership background on few projects in performance testing area.
Position 2: Sr. Performance Test Engineer
Load test engineer should have the following basic skills
Tools: LoadRunner/Performance test tools 5-6 years experience
 Protocols: web, web services, Oracle 11i/NCA, JAVA , Java Monitoring tools knowledge,
Database monitoring knowledge
 Create the load test scripts
 Develop the load test scenario(s)
 Execute the load test scenarios
 Observe the load test run for any errors
 Analyze the output log for the cause of errors
 Analyze performance, transaction, and server resource monitors for meaningful results
 Analyze the results of the entire test run
 Document and present the load test results to various folks.
 Quality Assurance background
 Experience with automated testing tools
 Minimum 5 year LoadRunner experience
 LoadRunner implementation experience
 Good verbal and written communication skills
 Ability to quickly learn and understand an application and how it will interact with LoadRunner
 Ability to work with minimal supervision
