Duration : 6 months+
Should have minimum of 12-15 years experience as a Project/Program Manager
Excellent Program/project management skills
Excellent understanding of Risk management and Change management processes
Ability to work with business and engineering resources at all levels
Must have previous experience working as a PM on Data Architecture/Data Services development projects with teams comprising of Data Architects/DBA/Database developers etc.
Should have a fair understanding of current database technologies and tools
Experience with MS Project required
Ability to create status reports using Word/Excel/Powerpoint, work with Wikis and other document repositories
Excellent written, verbal and formal presentation skills to audiences ranging from technical implementers through Senior exec levels.
Ability to conduct effective business meetings, negotiations, and to influence executive decision-makers.
PMP Certification highly preferred
