TCAssociates, LLC - a government contracting company that is focused on providing our customers with the most timely and cost-conscious services, is searching for a Senior Technical Writer/Engineer to support the corporate office in Springfield, VA.
TCAssociates, LLC is owned and managed by a group of experienced Veterans, and supported by other IT, Telecommunications, Security, Healthcare and Logistics Professionals, all with over 25 years average experience in the commercial and government sectors.
DUTIES:
- Write technical approach for TCAssociates (TCA) and affiliated subsidiaries related proposals including doing proposal requirement breakdown and development of detailed work breakdown for the technical proposal
- Provide proposal (overall) facilitation with TCA staff as well as teaming partners and ensure on time completion
- Coordinate all technical proposals with the head of the Division and the head of Marketing.
- Provide weekly (or daily as needed) minimum proposal status updates
- Pro-actively research new technologies and methodologies for proposals
- Provide technical engineering recommendations and analysis of position of company´s network and systems
- Provide engineering tasks project management support as needed ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Normal work hours are 9AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday; but some evenings and weekends may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have experience and detailed knowledge working with system networks, help desks, data centers, network security.
- Must possess the ability to write technical approaches and proposals associated with same and related industries.
- ITIL or PMP Certification (preferred)
- CISSP (preferred)
- Bachelor degree in Computer related field
- Show open communication and coordination skills necessary for this level.
- Have the ability to work independently.
