Title: Cognos Reports Analyst/Developer
Duration: 6 mos+ (renewable per quarter)
Location: San Jose, CA
We have an immediate need for a Cognos Reports Developer/Analyst with the following skills:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Cognos 8 reports development
- 3+ years of SQL experience for queries
- Extraction of data using Cognos 8
- 5+ years of experience in Direct interaction with business users
- Knowing feature capabilities about products and talk about understanding the product for the marketing organization.
- Excellent communication skills, capable to manage projects and communicate with cross functional teams on site and off site
- Able to interact to do requirements gathering and understand what the needs may be.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
