looking for software development engineers to drive the development of our virtual appliances targeted for deployment in both the private and public cloud. The Virtual Appliance Engineer will contribute to the design and implementation of our virtual appliance which are Linux based guest appliances targeted to VMware, Xen and other hypervisor environments. virtual appliances operate at data rates far ahead of other competitive offerings and as such there is a strong development focus on optimizing Hypervisor performance.

In addition to responsibility for the standard development deliverables (design, documentation, and unit testing) the Virtual Appliance Engineer will also develop a broad understanding of virtual environments and how to optimize the use of shared virtual resources.

we are in the Data Center Class Wide Area Network (WAN) Optimization market.

Responsibilities :

Design and implement and enhance appliance offering, with a focus on performance and high availability
Own design schedules, milestones and deliverables
Implement a highly unit testable code structure
Requirements

B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics plus at least two years of relevant experience
