Responsibilities
Support for all aspects of the phone system and liaison between Vendor and helpdesk team for problems, requests , requirement changes and implementation
Work on the IVR System and manage changes to the IVR (interactive voice)
Work with the IP Telephony System , Cisco Unified Messaging and call center systems
Performs tasks such as planning and implementation of system upgrades, server patch management and supports the enterprise IP Telephony infrastructure and operation.
Responsible for maintaining Cisco Phone systems .

Strong experience with Windows Server, TCP/IP, DHCP as well as experience in Wan support using ATM,frame relay wireless
Hands on experience with IP Telephony systems , unified messaging gad call center (good to have )
Work in a fast paced environment and ability to work in large and medium Telephony teams
Strong presentation and communication skulls
Good interpersonal skills
Willingness to be trained on newer technologies
Used Interactive Intelligence's I3 or familiar with it
