Location: Menlo Park, Ca
Overview:
The successful candidate will lead process & integration programs from development through implementation in mass production of optoelectronics devices. This position requires strong organizational, technical & communication skills & a strong fundamental engineering background.
The candidate will be a hands-on technical contributor & the key member of our integration team.
Responsibilities:
-Development of wafer-level deposition processes of our quantum dot material.
-Development of encapsulation and integration of quantum dot material.
-Managing an ongoing reliability program.
-Leadership & management of our integration team.
-Managing vendors, equipment suppliers & technology partners.
-Inventing new intellectual property in process, process equipment, semiconductor devices, & material areas related to company business.
Requirements:
-MS or PhD in an engineering discipline (chemical, electrical, material science or physics desired).
-6+ yrs of industry exp integrating novel semiconductor devices.
-Hands-on exp with semiconductor & material development, integration & operations.
-Demonstrated successful completion of innovative technical projects & consistent meeting of milestones with minimum use of resources.
-Proven track record of effective work with partners around the world.
-Exp managing & planning work & aligning with corporate goals.
-Working knowledge of applied statistics, process control, material characterization, failure analysis, product reliability.
-Regular travel to Asia.
