Zuora, Inc. is seeking a professional services consultant with a proven track record of successful enterprise software or SaaS implementations. Applicant takes pride in their ERP or accounting systems domain expertise, and has a passion for architecting and delivering technical solutions to your clients. As a Solution Architect for Zuora, based out of NY, Boston, or Silicon Valley, CA you´ll be the heart and soul of all our customer engagements. You´ll apply broad technical skills, industry and business acumen, and solution design expertise to lead implementations of Zuora technologies, architectures, solutions and enhancements. Requirements:
As the Solution Architect for Zuora, and a critical member of the professional services team, your primary mission will be to successfully lead the architecture and delivery of technical solutions to meet customer requirements. Your demonstrated experience as a lead Solutions Architect, working at the enterprise level to deliver moderate to complex solutions will enable you to quickly become the subject matter expert in the Zuora platform/products, and gain an in-depth knowledge of the schema, API calls and implementation techniques. Because you already have experience integrating SaaS solutions with ERP, accounting, provisioning, or portal systems and are proficient with salesforce.com (especially the Force.com platform), you will be able to start performing on day one. Your love for multi-tasking will prove useful as you will be responsible for designing and leading the implementations for one or more projects at a time. You´ll leverage your strong relationship-building and communication skills to successfully manage client relationships at the business and technical level, work with 3rd party implementation partners, and collaborate with engagement managers and other Pro Serve professionals to deploy Zuora implementations.
