Experis IT Professional is looking for a Business Analyst with the below background.
Title: Business Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 12+ months
Responsible:
- Analyze and document business requirements & business processes. Developed business requirement documents (BRDs) for various scope items for different releases for Service Contract Management.
- Worked on different processes and integration other modules (i.e Contract Management, 1-Tier quoting, Return Material Authorization, Termination for Credit etc).
- Worked as BA lead for collaborative initiative of Service Supply Chain and Service contract management for Return Material Authorization (RMA) process. Performed extensive analysis and redesigned RMA business process for cisco services improving service contract update accuracy to 96%.
- Worked on initiative Termination of credit that integrated service contract management to ERP module Accounts Receivables.
- Worked as Service Contract Management SME for escalations related to tool from support teams and direct customers.
- Coordinate the activities across different teams such as program management team, development team, QA team. Conduct weekly status meetings, tracked project tasks, issues regularly.
- Worked and handled multiple projects and multiple releases simultaneously.
- Reviewed Functional design documents , Technical designed documents, business process documents, QA test scenarios and change management documents.
- Performed GAP analysis by developing AS-IS and To-BE business models using MS Visio for better understanding business process that was required to be developed.
- Conducted User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
