OTM Software Professionals in search of a Senior Project Manager for Fortune 500 Client Company. Pay rate negotiable DOE.

Responsibilities:
* Manage all phases of complex IT software development project - including initiation, planning, definition, design, development, testing and deployment cycles
* Develop project plans, establish milestones, monitor adherence to master*plans and schedules
* Manage project dependencies
* Manage project budget
* Ensure project is completed on time and within budget, Stakeholder/Cross-Functional Team Management
* Manage cross-functional global teams in a matrix management framework
* Ensure successful working relationships among project teams
* Lead project review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical, performance, Risk/Issue Management
* Foresee, manage, and raise appropriate visibility to risks and issues
* Drive resolution of any conflicts and escalate as needed to avoid roadblocks

Education/Training
* BS/BA; Masters (preferred)
* Project Management certification or equivalent.

Experience (MUST HAVE)
* 6+ years project related work experience
* 5+ years experience leading complex Software Development projects in a complex, global corporate setting
* 3+ years experience on software projects involving portals, web-services, and middleware
* SDLC experience is a must.
*Agile experience is nice-to-have

* Demonstrate good broad working knowledge of project management of software development projects
* Must be a self-starter, motivated individual who works well under Pressure
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines
* Ability to drive collaboration with business and technical teams to achieve effective solutions
* Outgoing and comfortable building cross-functional relationships
* Effective communication skills with all levels of management
* Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes
* Conflict resolution and negotiations skills to resolve disagreements quickly and effectively, bringing a problem-solving attitude to conflicting approaches and priorities involving others
