Title: Project Manager/Communication Channels & online digital media
Duration: 6+ months
Location: San Jose, CA

Looking for a Project Manager with experience related to online digital media, Communication channels and events/ meetings background.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with event owner on schedule and experience requirements.
- Defining and delivering a successful event experience for owner and participants.
- Create and maintain a detailed project plan for each event.
- Assign, coordinate, and track project tasks and actions.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings required to define plan, update progress, and communicate.
- Create and maintain project WebEx Social post as project communication vehicle.
- Coordinate and deliver all logistical aspect of the event.
- Coordinate and deliver all technical aspects of the event.
- Track content aspects of event.
- Define, coordinate, and manage day of event activities.
- Define, coordinate, and manage post event activities
- Organize and facilitate post event learning session.
- Define, document, and manage event roles and responsibilities.
- Whatever it takes to deliver the best event ever!
- General project management skills and experience on non-event projects

Skills:
- Degree with 4+ years of related experience
- Experience with online communication channels, digital media and events/meetings
