Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Experis has an urgent position for a Business Intelligence Analyst with the following skills:
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience needed as a Buiness Intelligence Analyst
- Extensive SAP Business Objects (BO) experience in report development, support, editing, and scheduling for business users.
- Should have experience in SAP BO WebI Adhoc reporting, data validation skills, and dashboard development.
- Must possess a working knowledge with database systems, data fundamentals, and data warehouses that includes the ability to write complex SQL queries.
- Experience with SQL environments such as Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, MySQL, or similar required.
- Ability to manage Excel data, pivot tables, flat files, and VBA.
- Experience with ETL processes among the above platforms.
- Experience with additional visualization, modeling, analytical, and BI tools, such as Tableau.
- Ability to manage critical data issues, defects, and action plans.
- First and single point of contact to Supply Chain team for manufacturing universe related queries, issues, new enhancements, and modifications.
- Supply Chain domain knowledge desired.
- Experience writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for new enhancements from the business. Will coordinate with IT team to implement requirements, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot bugs, and approve final solutions.
- A small percentage of time will be involved in SOX testing as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing the test results and evidence to SOX team.
- A small percentage of time will be to assist in conducting regression testing for Business Manufacturing data and other manufacturing universes
- Candidates must be local to San Jose, CA and available for in-person interviews.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and customers to determine their needs or requirements.
- Develop, design, and implement business objectives (BO) reporting solutions and other business intelligence solutions to meet consumer expectations.
- Supports day to day requests for accessing, troubleshooting and executing Business Object reports.
