Title: Business Ops Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract: 6+months (renewed quarterly)
team enables new business models, routes-to-market and competitive differentiation by enabling full buy-sell opportunities in targeted high-growth countries. Responsibilities will include: conducting business analysis for new International Expansion (IE) projects, collaborating with Sales and Channels leadership to provide key decisions for Business Ops and socializing new processes, rules, and thresholds to gain stakeholder approvals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Participate in IE Core weekly status, Ops and other recurring project meetings to provide status updates as well as coordinate task execution from an analysis perspective
Document the impacted policy and manual process inventory
Work with IT team to implement the approved changes to systems and tools and test them thoroughly before rolling them to global stakeholders
Drive track external cross functional PSD and BRD review
Work on ad-hoc deliverables required from for IE implementations
Review cross functional manual process re-engineering documents
Support the Business Release Project Manager for milestone delivery
Participate in cross functional BRD and FSD reviews as subject matter expert and conduct impact analyses.
Identify localization impacts on the Channel incentive programs.
Sales enablement programs L1 analysis.
Channel, Disti Model localization L1 analysis.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement meetings.
Requirements gathering and analysis.
Impact analyses of the manual processes on processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate is an organized, resourceful, highly responsive, team player. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong work ethic and a record of timely project delivery.
Strong analytical skills required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
5+ years direct experience in Channels.
Strong skills in Power Point, Visio, Excel
B.S. or equivalent experience in sales operations, channel operations, project management, or data analysis.
