Skills required:
•10 Years experience as a Business Analyst
•Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Functional Solution Design, Systems Analysis, Identifying Operational Efficiencies
•Functional Requirements Documentation, Solution Design documentation
•Oracle eBuinsess Suite Inventory, Order Management, Pricing, modules
•Domain knowledge in Subscription Billing, Subscription based service delivery
•Adds Value if the candidate has experience in any other Subscription Billing applications
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for evaluating, identifying, and solving large system and process issues utilizing system and business analysis and design best practices and solutions.
•Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved.
•Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
•Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
•Prepares specifications for system changes.
•Recommends and initiates systems testing.
•Acts as internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
•Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.
